Retention period
- Contacts you submit through the form are forwarded by email to the GMS mailbox, and the website does not keep a contact after the email has been delivered.
- If the email cannot be delivered, the contact is held by the website for up to 7 days from receipt and then deleted.
- Cloudflare, the data processor for the website, keeps technical recovery copies that expire automatically, so the oldest copy of a contact exists for no more than 14 days from when the website received it.
- Contact emails in the GMS mailbox are kept for up to 24 months, or deleted sooner if you request it.
